Terms of use

This is a private app provided free of charge by Everything Network to people attending The Everything Weekend. It shows the programme, practical information about the event, and a list of who is attending.

The app is for invited guests of the event. You will have been given an access code, which is personal to the event and should not be shared outside it.

You agree not to:

— share the access code with anyone who is not attending;
— copy, publish or otherwise redistribute the guest list or anyone's details from it;
— use the app or anything in it for marketing, recruitment or any commercial purpose;
— attempt to gain access to parts of the app or its data that are not meant for guests.

We work to keep the programme and information current, and the app updates automatically. Even so, timings and sessions can change at short notice, and we cannot promise the app is free of errors. Please treat anything announced in person during the weekend as the final word.

The app is provided as-is and we cannot guarantee it will always be available. It depends on your internet connection, your device and our hosting provider. Much of it will still work offline once you have opened it.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, and because the app is provided free of charge, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or from being unable to use it.

The content, branding and design of the app belong to Everything Network or our contributors. You may use it for your own reference during the event, but not republish it.

We may change the access code or withdraw the app at any time, and we will normally do so shortly after the event ends.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
